I found myself looking forward to whatever the next illogical plot point would be.

Probably one of the best stories out there. There would be more depth if there were some conflict within the royal family, where the H could better prove his love for the h. Also, it would be nicer if there were more interaction between his sons and him and the h’s supportive parents’ appearance.

The twins were so cute and protective of their mommy. I laughed so hard when they met their daddy the first time.

I sympathized with him, because I know how overwhelming duties can be, especially for responsible individuals who were born with and raised to put duties before personal needs let alone wants.

There are common spelling errors that throw readers off and completely ruin a good story.

Oh, and the cover. Gosh, couldn’t the publisher use something else more, uh, publicly acceptable? LOL, I don’t think any reader will read it in public, let’s say, at a coffee shop. Or even at home when there are small kids around. Some Spoilers!! I really liked both Siri and Malik. I also absolutely adored Sam and Jacob, they were very entertaining. Having said that, I must admit I had a problem with the storyline. Why didn’t Malik call Siri and tell her why he had to marry before it happened?

I understand that this created drama but that simply was not believable in this day and age that he would simply write to her only. Also was he faithful to Siri during his marriage? It is almost like the author wants us to belive that because his ex wife was a lesbian, he went 4 years without sex. Again not likely, and it should have been addressed by the heroine. Realistically, he must have had a mistress. How would Siri have felt about that?

I wanted Siri to put up more of a fight when Malik returned. Instead she was kind of weak. She should have demanded an explanation from Malik of why he did what he did and she should not have been intimate with him until he provided answers.

I am not a fan of heroines who are overly bitchy and shrewish, but I like for them to have a backbone. While I thought there were major flaws in the story, as I said previously, I liked the characters.

This story was too short to do this justice everything was rushed. Within seconds of Malik’s return she’s back in his arms, oh she thinks that it won’t happen again but within hours she’s having sex with him. Not once does she challenge him about the past. In fact that’s not addressed until almost the end of this story and only briefly, so briefly it’s less than half a page.

I expected a bit more resistance from Siri after what Malik had done. Overall I was dissapointed in this. This has to be one of my favourite books by Elizabeth Lennox. She has given this story a lot of passion, emotion and romance. In this book we meet Malik ans Siri. They meet and fail into each others arms only for disappear from her life months later.

Siri finds herself pregnant not just with one baby but twin boys. Her friend brings home a newspaper showing the royal family including Malik and his new wife.

Can’t recall which book though. There are common spelling errors that throw readers off and completely ruin a good story. The most common ones I’ve found are “you’re” instead of “your”, “their” instead of “there”, “to” instead of “too” and so on. I’m not a writer or an editor, but I’ve never misused them. As a matter of fact, English is not even my primary language. I rate what I read but don’t usually leave a review.

Also was he faithful to Siri during his marriage? It is almost like the author wants us to belive that because his ex wife was a lesbian, he went 4 years without sex. Again not likely, and it should have been addressed by the heroine. Realistically, he must have had a mistress. How would Siri have felt about that? I wanted Siri to put up more of a fight when Malik returned. Instead she was kind of weak. She should have demanded an explanation from Malik of why he did what he did and she should not have been intimate with him until he provided answers.

I am not a fan of heroines who are overly bitchy and shrewish, but I like for them to have a backbone. While I thought there were major flaws in the story, as I said previously, I liked the characters. There were some amusing parts like when Malik first meets the twins the frogs!!
