Once you have downloaded the Samsung PC Suite, launch it and you will see a screen that asks you to connect your mobile device. Once connected, you will get something similar to this screen:. Step 2 On the top menu, choose the type of files you want to browse, or click on files to see all types.
Step 3 When you choose desired file type, look at the top of the screen and choose one of the desired options, depending on whether you want to add, delete or export the files. Make sure the Duos has a memory card inside. The computer will not detect the device if it does not have a memory card. Part 2. Obtain a USB cable. You will need a USB cable in order to connect your two devices. A cable should have come with your Duos phone.
Double check the cable. To make sure the cable is the correct one plug the smaller end into your phone’s charging port.
Connect the Duos to the PC. Locate your phone. Go to ‘My Computer’ and your devices. You should be able to find your device, double click on its icon.
