Ask a new question. I’m encountering an issue with the windows store. It will not connect to the microsoft server to download anything. I have an internet connection, and everything else works just fine.
I disabled my security and it still wouldn’t work. It is just stuck trying to download 2 updates which it isn’t doing. The two apps are:. I told it to check for updates and it just spins and does nothing. I have heard that people should use the regular windows store, but I do not know how to do that since the only windows store app I have just says Windows Store. I can add items to the cue, but nothing will download it just says starting download and does nothing. I have restarted my computer 4 times and tried killing various processes to no avail.
I have also tried to reset windows store through wsreset. Everything else has worked fine, but it’s pretty frustrating when you can’t actually download anything from the windows store.

They continue to show even after I reset the windows store, which says to me it’s not resetting everything it should be resetting, or it’s a network issue where it’s storing these errors on your network that I can’t reset. Like they said the two programs I mentioned are stuck in the cue and can’t be removed it seems. They are just stuck. Also when I try to click the check for new updates it greys out and spins like it’s checking, but the process never completes.
Also I found I can access all other websites, but it even seems refuses to connect to links to Microsoft servers. If I search on Firefox for solutions to this, and I try to click on a www. I can click any other link and it works just fine! I have disabled my security programs including firewalls completely and tried this again, but it doesn’t work either. Plus I have the exact same security programs on another windows 10 computer and it works just fine.

I’ve tried the reset, I’ve disabled my firewall and antivirus to see if they were somehow choking the downloads, and this part is unacceptable there is no way to cancel the downloads and remove them from my download queue.
